Anna Kocourková

Anna and Karel Kocourek organized in Pilsen the first exhibition under the name Photographic Pictures at the year 1971. She exhibits her artworks regularly from the ninetieth, when both of them were preparing and organizing the important art projects. Anna Kocourková, very often together with her husband Karel Kocourek, presented her artworks in the Czech Republic as well as abroad, especially in Germany and Austria during the second half of the ninetieth: 7 years of the International Sculpture symposia Grenzgänger, Nové Město Town Hall, Prague, 1997; Retrovie – Avanguardia, Museo Casabianca, Malo (I), 2003 - the exhibition was presented in Pilsen, Opava and Schloß Almegg during the following years. She introduced herself individually by the exhibition Total Poetry, Art in Space, Mail-Art, Gallery of Pilsen City, 2002 (catalogue), exhibition Total Poetry was showed also in Germany (Passau), Italy (Malo) and Austria (Vienna). She participated in the series of local and foreign exhibitions of the artworks prepared during the symposium Jan Nepomucký – Saint of the Central Europe. Her independent exhibition in the Gallery At the White Unicorn in Klatovy was very important: Colours of Anna Kocourková, 2005 (catalogue).
