He has exhibited independently since 1981, in the 1990’s he presented his works exclusively abroad (in Germany, Belgium, Holland and the U.S.A.) and only at the turn of the millennium he presented his works in Plzeň again (in the Atrium Gallery in 2000 and in the Jiří Trnka Gallery in 2001). He took part in a number of group exhibitions. As one of the disciples of Jiří Patera he was included in the catalogue-accompanied exhibition Colorism – Jiří Patera and his School in Plzeň, which was held in the Gallery of the City of Plzeň in 2003.
