Petr Renč
29. 9. 1945, Plzeň - KřimiceIn 1983 he left for emigration and now lives in Köln (Germany) for 26 years. The painter comes from Pilsen-Křimice, graduated from the Secondary School of Applied Arts (glass art) in Železný Brod and the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague in the studio of Stanislav Libensky. His soul enchanted the works of Josef Šíma and Josef Jíra. His paintings represent Czech and foreign motifs from the journeys - Křimice, Made in Kožlany, Black Lake with a rustic smuggler, Sicily, Greetings from Cologne (Köln), three paintings with three bridges - in Prague, Cologne (Köln) and Florence. Another series of works bears the generic name of the Composition. The author, after long years, exhibited himself in Pilsen in the Jiří Trnka Gallery, an exhibition for the surviving 60. birthday was organized by his representative Prague gallery Bayer Bayer, Karolína Bayerová launched. The selected painting is a tribute to the significant Pilsen sculptor František Pavlas, who belonged to Renč's artistic friends.
