Zdeněk Světlík
3.5.1932 Cheb - 22.10.2021He graduated from the Vocational School of Textiles in Aš and subsequently from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Brno, majoring in textile creation.
From 1955 to 1967 he worked as a promotional artist in the organization Park of Culture and Leisure in Pilsen, from 1998 to 2013 he collaborated with the J.K.Tyl Theater, where he created posters and programs for productions. He specializes in applied graphics - he is the author of industrial brands, posters, in textile art, then film printing and aradekor. His artwork is versatile, contemporary in nature, modern. He realized the artistic solution of a number of exhibitions, expositions, created house signs, designs of tapestries and aradekors.
His work is represented in the collections of the Poster Museum in Warsaw, in the Moravian Gallery in Brno, and in the Gallery of Fine Arts in Cheb.
